Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This policy explains how Agent HUD’s developer (“we”) handles information in our apps and on agenthud.app. The information involved depends on the features you use.
1. App data and its use
Agent HUD reads records from supported AI tools on your Mac and retrieves account information from connected providers to show activity, quota, usage and reminders. This includes provider and model names, account and session identifiers, session titles and times, usage, balances, device names and app settings. Account queries use your existing sign-in or configured credentials.
2. Access across devices and notifications
Agent HUD uses iCloud to make settings, usage, account and session summaries, and reminders available to your devices under the same Apple Account. Notifications and Live Activities also require our service providers to process device and app identifiers, delivery information, session titles, activity status and times.
These features do not upload your complete conversations or AI account credentials. Session titles may contain text from your tasks and may appear on your Lock Screen or other connected devices.
3. Website, purchases and support
When you visit the website or use online features, service providers receive information such as your IP address, browser or device details, and the time and address of your request to deliver and protect the service.
agenthud.app uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page performance, including the page visited, referring site, country, browser and device type. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not record URL query strings and does not identify individual visitors.
Lemon Squeezy handles payments for Agent HUD Remote subscriptions. We use the purchase email, order and subscription status, license information and activated Mac identifiers to provide Pro access across your devices, enforce the subscribed Mac limit and help with billing. We do not receive your full payment card details. iPhone and Apple Watch are free and have no in-app purchases.
If you contact us, we use your email address, message and any attachments to respond and investigate the issue.
4. Sharing and protection
We share information needed for access across devices, notifications, website operation and support with relevant service providers. Providers acting on our behalf must use it for these services and provide the same or equivalent protection as this policy and applicable requirements. We may also disclose information at your request or as required by law.
These services may process information outside your country or region. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Retention and your choices
Usage history and ended sessions generally expire after about 30 days, and reminders after about 7 days. Expired cloud records are cleared during a subsequent successful update to iCloud. Session information used for automatic Live Activities is normally cleared about 24 hours after updates stop. Settings, the latest displayed data and device registration information may remain longer, until replaced or deleted. Actual cleanup timing depends on the app running and updating data in iCloud.
- You can turn off automatic Live Activities in the iPhone app and manage notification permissions in system settings. Turning off notifications alone does not stop data updates through iCloud.
- To stop new collection and uploads, quit Agent HUD on your Macs. Manage stored iCloud data through Apple’s available controls. Stop Agent HUD on all devices before deleting cloud data to prevent it from being uploaded again. Uninstalling an app does not necessarily remove cloud data or backups.
- Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we control, or help removing other Agent HUD data. We may need to verify your request. Records needed for legal obligations, security or unresolved support issues may be retained for those purposes; service-provider backups follow their own retention processes.
6. Policy updates
